You must read and agree to the following information before attending this event... Good Driving Practices Must Be Followed! This rally event is NOT a race. Rules of the road must be followed at all times. Team Dysfunktion and Highline Motorsports do NOT condone street racing or abusive driving skills. Participants will be given only one verbal warning should their driving become offensive or dangerous to other drivers. If this happens again, they will then be asked to leave. No refund will be given. I declare I am of legal age (18yrs or older) by date of event, and assume all liabilities and consequences that may occur due to any result of any decision I make during this event. If I am NOT of legal age, my parents must first contact the promoter and send along written consent for me to attend. If I am found to be under legal age without a letter of consent, I may be asked to leave the event. I will not hold any of the event promoters or organizers accountable for my actions during this rally event. I understand that this motor sport may be hazardous and that I am knowingly and voluntarily exposing myself to risk of damage, loss, or personal injury by participating in this rally event. Despite this, I understand that RACING IS PROHIBITED and that the purpose of this rally is to allow the participants to enjoy a road trip with friends and enjoy the sights. I have a valid drivers license and valid auto insurance. I understand that myself or my personal auto insurance will need to cover me in case of any such accident resulting in damage, loss, or personal injury or injury to others during this rally event. I am responsible for my own actions. The promoter, while giving guidance on and where required, enforcing the rules and safety standards of the event, will not otherwise enforce driving discipline or safety measures. I myself am responsible for the way in which I drive. The promoter has given me guidelines to follow. Should I chose NOT to follow those guidelines, I realize I may be asked to leave the event at any time for my actions that may cause damage to or injury to other persons and/or their vehicles. I have spoken to my immediate family and have explained to them these inherent risks and have informed them that this is my choice and that I do so freely. Furthermore, I have informed them that by attending the event and agreeing with this disclaimer, I and my immediate family agree to make no claim against RRTL 2006 promoters in respect of any loss or injury suffered by me during the event and to indemnify them against their costs and losses arising out of any claim made against them by anyone to the extent that such costs and losses are attributable directly or indirectly to my participation in the event. I UNDERSTAND THIS MEANS NEITHER I NOR ANYONE ON MY BEHALF AND THIS INCLUDES ANY FAMILY MEMBER, CAN SUE ANYONE IF I AM INJURED OR KILLED, OR MY PROPERTY IS DAMAGED IN ANY WAY AND EVEN IF MY INJURY OR DEATH IS CAUSED BY SOMEONE'S NEGLIGENCE. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS' CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND THE RELEASES. (The releases are defined as the promoter, participants, vehicle owners, drivers, and vehicle passengers)
